To all brides: Remember to eat something plain
the morning of your wedding. Don't be tempted to skip a meal,
even though you feel like it. A plain meal or snack will settle
your tummy when all that adrenaline starts pumping.
Most importantly, get some rest! Try to go to bed early the
night before your wedding. You will enjoy the day and remember
it more if you are rested.
Remember to focus on every moment on your big day, because
the day will go by so fast, and you want to treasure every
